1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Russell Lephew, doing business as Pickle Coach ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Pickle Coach mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Pickle Coach is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes pickleball gameplay videos and provides coaching feedback, letter grades, drill recommendations, and educational content. The Services include both free and paid subscription tiers.

Pickle Coach provides general sports coaching feedback for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or in-person coaching from a qualified instructor. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program or if you have concerns about your physical health. You should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the Services.
AI-Generated Analysis Disclaimer
Analysis, grades, scores, and feedback provided by Pickle Coach are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Grades and feedback are intended as general guidance and should not be considered definitive assessments of your skill level or technique. AI analysis has inherent limitations and should be used as one of many tools in your development as a player.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PICKLE COACH AND ITS CREATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY FEEDBACK, RECOMMENDATIONS, DRILL SUGGESTIONS, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You acknowledge that you use the Services and follow any recommendations at your own risk.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
You may create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Pickle Coach offers both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Includes up to 2 video analyses per month.
- Pro Plan: Includes up to 8 video analyses per month, available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($39.99/year) subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
7. USER CONTENT
You may upload video content to the Services for analysis. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to share such content and that the content does not violate any third party's rights.
Video Data: Videos uploaded for analysis are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. Only text-based analysis results (scores, grades, and feedback) are stored in your account.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
- Use automated means to access the Services without our permission
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by Pickle Coach and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our express written consent.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis, and we disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions in the content provided through the Services.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pickle Coach and its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account option in the app's Settings. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pickle Coach regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
